Your privacy matters. Here is how I handle your information:
- What I collect: Your name, phone number, email address, and any health information you choose to share during a session.
- How I use it: To schedule sessions, communicate with you, and provide the best care I can.
- I do not share your information with anyone unless required by law.
- Session notes are kept confidential and stored securely. You may request access to your records at any time.
- Your rights: You may ask me to delete your information at any time, except where I am required to keep it by law.
I do not use cookies for tracking, sell data, or send marketing emails. If you subscribe to my mailing list, you can unsubscribe at any time.
Terms & Conditions
By booking a session, you agree to the following:
- Sessions are for energetic and spiritual support. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Please continue working with your healthcare provider for any physical or mental health concerns.
- You take full responsibility for your own well-being before, during, and after a session.
- I reserve the right to decline or end a session if I feel it is not in your highest good or mine.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
- By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have a guardian present.
Refund Policy
- Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full rate.
- Classes: Refunds for classes are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me directly to discuss.
- I do not offer refunds for completed sessions, as the energetic exchange has already taken place. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please reach out — I want to hear about your experience and make things right if I can.
