Focusing on a Plant Based diet can provide all of the essential and required nutrients to keep our bodies vital and thriving. Getting enough protein and other nutrients is easy when eating a variety of Plant Based foods.

I offer both Plant Based and Pasture Raised Organic Meat options. We have some wonderful local ranchers and farmers here in Southern Arizona using sustainable and regenerative methods.

I will come to you with ingredients and supplies to prepare a complete Organic meal. You can make requests or let me choose based on what is in season.

We will prepare the ingredients and create an Organic Feast that will inspire you to continue on your healing journey!
